Jun 09: Inmote visits Russia

St. Petersburg / Moscow - René Heuven, CEO of Inmote, participated in a business trip organized by InterimiC, Coincide and Marketingfacts to St. Petersburg and Moscow. A delegation of Dutch enterpreneurs from media, marketing and IT companies visited Russia's foremost companies.



Highlights were Yota (WiMax operator), PayCash (mobile payments), UTF (mobile games and content), LiveJournal, Independent Media (news papers and magazines), Yandex, OZON, NextMedia and BeeLine. More background information can be found here.

Of course the touristic aspects have not been forgotten. A boat tour through the canals of St. Petersburg, a visit to the Hermitage, the Kremlin and Red Sqaure, clubbing, good food from the Russian kitchen and a boat tour through Moscow completed the program. Feb 09: New Blog

Nijverdal - Recently we started to experiment with other mobile technologies beyond S60 at Inmote. You can follow some of our findings at a new blog. So far we experimented with Android and web development using OSCommerce, PHP and Drupal. We also investigated different approaches for location based services and application development using SIM ToolKit. If you want to follow the day to day activities in Inmote mark this blog as one of your favorites!

Dec 08: Inmote joins ARM Connected

Nijverdal – Inmote specializes in Symbian training. Next to the basics for Symbian and S60 we also offer advanced training courses like Symbian OS Internals. As all current Symbian phones are powered by ARM CPUs knowledge about ARM architectures is required when developing drivers or porting the OS. Therefore it was a natural choice for Inmote to join the ARM Connected program. ARM Connected will provide Inmote with a higher visibility of its training services and we welcome more companies to learn about integrating new hardware on ARM powered development boards and run Symbian OS on top of this hardware.

Apr 08: UIQ Alliance Partner
Nijverdal – Inmote is UIQ Alliance Partner. UIQ phones are currently produced by Sony Ericsson and Motorola. Most prominent phones are P1i and Z8.

Recently we also signed an agreement with UIQ to get access to UIQ Platform source code. The Early Access Kits bring us in an excellent position to offer the best training and consultancy services for UIQ. And this helps to port your projects to UIQ efficiently, find and fix any bugs and keep an eye on the UIQ roadmap. UIQ 3.3 provides an exciting new web experience with support for widgets (Opera 9.5 and Mobile Services Architecture (MSA - JSR 248)) and improved (unified) messaging capabilities.

Apr 08: New office location for Inmote
Nijverdal – At business park ‘t Lochter in Nijverdal Inmote has found a new 118 square metre office facility. Here we have room to grow our Symbian OS business and make our ambitions become true.

At the first floor Inmote rents rooms 30-33. Within the new location Inmote has sufficient space to setup a developer room, training room, executive and meeting rooms.

Oct 07: Inmote website live!
Luttenberg - Inmote is a young and ambitious company founded on July 13th 2007. Inmote is fully INto MObile TEchnology. Our website has been launched today. Although it currently contains a limited amount of information we advise you to visit us regularly for updates. Of course, you can feel free to contact us with any query for training or Symbian development services.
